The Kinsale Roman Shade is a very smart shade indeed. It not only adds beauty and color to a room, but it blocks out light up to 80%. The Oxford Roman Shade uses an insulated fabric that features a backing made from 100% cotton and white acrylic foam. You don’t need to buy an additional lining necessary to increase energy efficiency and block those morning rays that wake you up way too early. The Oxford also boasts a cord mechanism on the back for a cleaner look. It’s easy to install and all the hardware and instructions you need are included. If you want to add a valence to your Oxford Roman Shade, you will need to purchase that separately.
